Caught Kitty Kat for cheating
L 04/19/2010 - 02:01:11: Unexpected CVar Reply: Kitty Kat <3 (ID: STEAM_0:1:18343607 | IP: 255.255.255.255) was kicked for returning convar "r_drawothermodels" (expecting "sv_consistency") out of sync with value "1".

Should i ban Kitty Kat ?

Provided that the log information is correct.
It looks like KAC kicked the player initially for a convar value r_drawothermodels.
It's more than likely that if the player continues to have the wrong value that KAC will do the work for you.

How many times before it auto-bans?

That person wasn't cheating, r_drawothermodels should be at 1, they were kicked because KAC recieved a convar it wasn't expecting at that time.
