Provided that the log information is correct.
It looks like KAC kicked the player initially for a convar value r_drawothermodels.
It's more than likely that if the player continues to have the wrong value that KAC will do the work for you.

That person wasn't cheating, r_drawothermodels should be at 1, they were kicked because KAC recieved a convar it wasn't expecting at that time.
