I have been trying to play games recently like L4D and TF2 and every so often I come up as being banned by your system. I'm quite confused as I have never used a cheat on a steam game and so don't understand why I'm banned.

what reason was I banned for though, I don't believe I have ever done anything that would be considered cheating?
