Local Bypass

Hi,

I'm wondering if there is a way to bypass my friend's steam ID through KAC, but just locally. And I know I'm going to get asked about "is it truly global" yaddah yaddah yah. YES it is global. We made a clean server and just put KAC in, and he was removed from it. I tried kac_allow STEAM_xxxxx (I forgot his ID lolz) and it didn't let him through!

I believe kac_allow_ip has been removed from the new KAC.
