Server crash on name copy

When someone copies another persons name, the server crashes and gives me a bad num_point edict pointer or something like that. Running, mani-admin, sourcemod latest version with lastx; antiflood; auto name changer;basic chat; basic info triggers;dissolve;kac; and lastx, with metamod source, and mattie eventscripts 2.0. After I click ok on the num point thing, it gives me the missing shutdown function error. Windows server 2003, 2x 2.8ghz xeon, 4gb ram. kac_block_namecopy is 0

If kac_block_namecopy is 0 then KAC shouldn't even consider it. Hmm.

Hmm, apparently when i type it in rcon it works, but when i have it in the server.cfg or autoexec it doesnt work

Scratch that, typing it in rcon does not work...

Heres a pic of what happens, it happens on 2 bhop servers, but not any other server... top left one happens after i click ok, the bottom right one happens after it bans the person

btw, it needs SM 1.1.0 or later to operate.

Still happens, heres a screen shot, with the latest version, happens with both nosockets and with sockets.
