Kigen's Anti-Cheat

So, I had a config file which spammed the physics_budget command in console. This, of course, freezes the physics props. I was showing my friend that I could freeze my weapon in mid-air, but I ended up getting KAC banned. I have since removed the config file. I was not using the script for any evil purposes.
