Kigen's Anti-Cheat

I'm aware that the bans are permanent, however in my case I'm getting banned for not using it. I've not used it since before CSS was updated, and am getting banned.
I've checked my cstrike/addons folder, nothing is in there. I've checked everything else, no trace of LSS. Note I only used the Bunny hopping script as provided by 3rdera.
I'm only posting here to check if it's a global ban, and if so it's completely up to you to unban me.
