Not Quite Sure Why?

I just loaded up counterstrike after not playing in ages... to avoid having to spend the 2+ hours to download the 2 or so gigs of CSS i decide to pull it off my old, now external sata drive. First thing i do is join my brothers warcraft 3 server and it gives me a Host_Error: Server is enforcing file consistency for scripts\soundscapes_forest.txt error, and then the next time i connect it says im banned from all of your servers. Any help would be appreciated, I would like to be able to play WC3 with my brother.
