Can I make a donation to get off the KAC ban list?
I am really missing playing with all my friends on these protected servers

Negative.
Kigen's Anti-Cheat does NOT unban for money, or anything else.
Your best bet is to get a new Steam account from VALVe and buy your games all over again.
