My username is Rover, steam ID STEAM_0:0:8812930. I have never used cheats in my life but for some reason every so often I cannot connect to servers and get the message that I am on your banlist and I would like to know why, I would be grateful if you could tell me.

You were banned for using the unconnected exploit, over two years ago. Policy has changed since then that this is no longer a global ban offense (unless cheats are used to do it).
