Kigen's Anti-Cheat

So I see in the logs this guy continually using/spamming this command, I googled it and found nothing. Anyone got an idea what its about? Obviously the rate commands I know but in conjunction with this"-rating 240" thing I no nothing.

I don't see why that person was spamming those commands. To my knowledge they do nothing as well.

Anyhow, is your kac_cmds_spam on?
