Kigen's Anti-Cheat

Hello, I was banned for "Eye Angles Violation," I was playing on a mini-game server where you shoot the blocks to make other people fall I assume? When I was falling I got banned for the eyes angle violation. Is there anyway this can be revoked seeing as I did not cheat?
