Wrongful Banning

I recently posted on this forum to get a ban revoked. A ban that I have done nothing to deserve.
I have never cheated, hacked, glitched, botted or used any other method to change game performance. I happen to love playing on KAC servers due to the hackers getting subdued so we can actually play our games. I own Counter-Strike: Source, L4D, L4D2 AND TF2. So why would I even think about cheating? That's over $100 in games, I'd rather that not all go to waste.
However, even though its the lowest regarded evidence in the matter, all I have is my word. That I didn't cheat or hack in any way shape or form.
Although it could have something to do with a different problem I've been having, when I go to join a server in CS:S. My latency is nice and healthy (50-100) then after I click 'Join Game' my latency flies up to 2000 and sticks. Might this be the problem? Could KAC think I'm using a lag-switch or something?
An unban would be greatly appreciated, also any help on the latency matter would be incredible too.
