KAC Log?

Hi everyone... Can someone help me with some questions about what they people do.
What is that:
Bad CVar return: Demo (ID: STEAM_0:1:26871716 | IP: 62.198.111.253) has convar "openscript" (value "", return Not valid) when it shouldn't exist. - This person is banned perm. He is on my banlist.
And what is that?
[ID Hair] №² Ģąɱę [CL] (ID: STEAM_0:0:30543433 | IP: 87.50.96.148) was kicked for returning with plugin convar "est_version" (value "0.418", return Okay). - He is not banned - But he get kicked.
And the last one?
CheeTaH (ID: STEAM_0:1:7589873 | IP: 87.54.80.248) was kicked for returning with plugin convar "mani_admin_plugin_version" (value "1.1.0zk", return Okay).
