BAN - MB Bulletime vs. KAC anti-cheat

Hello!
We were using mb_bullettime in our server whitch uses sv_cheat 1 to take bullettime effects. I wanted to use KAC anti-cheat, installed it, and of course everybody was banned when the MB Bulletime activated. That was a few months ago, a didnt know how this anti cheat exactly works, and I gave up using it.
But now we have bulletime off, and I decided to try installing this mod again.
My server's IP address is: 80.249.166.40:27080
The web page of my server: http://www.wanteds.esports-cs.hu/
My STEAM ID: STEAM_0:0:6987875
And of course I can change anything you want on the server or on the webpage too If you think I told a lie! But also you can see on my STEAM profile, WANTEDS group (the name of my server), Iam the owner of that group.
