Kigen's Anti-Cheat

For cheating infraction. I dont know how this is possible. Ive never cheated in my life, although my account was hacked into some time ago. But the Counterstrike source server that i am trying to join i was playing last night. Although i do remember getting this kind of message when i tried to play insurgency.
