Kigen's Anti-Cheat

Someone in my clan was banned for a sv_consistency violation and he said he'd recently downloaded a new skin, is it possible for a skin to set off a consistency ban?

The main point of this post though is just to find out whether skins can actually set off a KAC consistency ban


Edit - He says he also has a map mod decal that changes the spray on DD2 into a picture of a chick (lold). Server has sv_pure 1 active but still wondering whether that may cause the ban.

yes because its an unchangeble server cvar. so yes 100% cheat
