u can spam es_version alot to crash server from eventscripts 2.0+


u can do it alot and it doesnt count as spam from kigens.

Yes, that is because EventScripts scripts go through the command line. So if I were to include es_ commands in my search it'd create lots o' problems.

lol...this is like a crash that u cant avoid sighs.....no flood protector detects it

I can change this however, it just adds to the complexity of everything.

Also, how about status and ping? Those are really old but it is almost the same as es_version but are commands for the clients.

As you had stated, the issue with status and ping is that they are processed on the client, not server. It would get into packet filtering to filter status and ping.
