Kigen's Anti-Cheat

Hi,

I remember back in the way back years of the mid-late 2000's I was playing CSS with a bunch of custom models and skins (no mat hacks, I just wanted the game to look better :V) when SUDDENLY I was banned for a "KAC infraction" or something.
I assumed it was just because I had custom skins (if you guys think it was something else do tell),so anyways. I thought to myself: "what?". Back then it seemed that was the only server I tried to join that had KAC so I didn't really think about it much. But recently I've gotten back into source games and it seems a lot of servers are using the plugin now. It's become a nuisance and I decided it was worth it to try and protest the ban.

But like I said, I don't really remember the conditions other than it was in CSS around the year 2007 and I had model replacements for all the weapons and players. I have never once cheated or hacked in any game I have owned, and would like to have this issue resolved.

Hello, your ban originated in '08 due to the use of the unconnected exploit.

KAC no longer has the policy of adding to the global banlist for this.

The ban has been removed.
