How can I connect my KAC (server) to Ur global banlist?

It's my understanding that only a select number of servers communicate
and upload data to the KAC global ban list.
Downloading KAC global ban list data only requires the sockets extension.

To be able to read the global banlist all you need is any of the publicly available KAC with Sockets.
