Protest banning

I started playing CSS for few weeks and everythings been fine.
Until today i logged in and joined my fav. server: ego server and i was told i am banned from all KAC protected server.
However i did not download any hacks or used any source of cheating. plz help me here

it says the player is dazergnoob but thats not me

The KAC ban is valid for cheating.
Someone must have used your account to cheat if it wasn't you. Unfortunately, there is no definitive way to prove if it was actually you or not. All I can base my decisions off of is the Steam ID and evidence. And that tells me that someone was cheating on that account. Sorry, but you'll have to get a new Steam account in order to play on KAC protected servers.
