KAC Ban Protest

Hello, my name is Andrew and I would like to protest my KAC ban. I was playing on the same jail server that I had been playing on for the past two weeks, when I was kicked from the game, and the following message appeared:
Disconnect: You have been banned from all KAC secured servers for a cheating infraction. See http://www.kigenac.com/ for more information.
I believe there may have been a mistake or malfunction with the system that you use to catch online cheaters. I'm simply asking for my KAC ban to be removed.
