This is the file thats going to be useful for you. Drop it in your servers' "addons/sourcemod/plugins" folder to use. Make sure you use SM 1.0.1 or above.

Current date is Sep. 16, 2008, but that might get pushed back due to some personal issues that have been eating my time.

u know what would also be cool. if you could add a anti hlss , hldj script to it.

i got it on source mod , but if u added that then i could delete source mod off my server

I'm not going to release a date at this time because that will constrain me.

However, I can at least tell you it is planned to do some massive feature overhauls and what not.
