KAC: cl_particles_show_bbox violation

Long time no talk. Hope you still monitor posts on this site.
Anyway, I setup a CS:S server yesterday and put KAC on it. I have been getting a lot of bans that state
KAC: cl_particles_show_bbox violation (bad query result).
Are these legitimate bans or is it having an issue with CS:S updates?
