The problem is that Fistful Of Frags doesn't have host_timescale it seems.
So, right now I would say KAC is not out of the box.
Put this in your cfg/sourcemod/kigenac.cfg at the bottom:

I am so happy now i can run your anti cheat. Also what is the latest version i have 1.2.7 i believe.

The above is correct. Add the cvar & all will be good.
I also run a FOF server & this was mentioned on the FOF forums as a fix.
