Banned

I let my friend have my Steam Account and now that I have it back I am banned from any server using KigenAC. I want to be unbanned please. I understand this does not seem truthful but it is the truth. If you legitproof my steamid you will see 2 names Justin M, and Eric D. I am Justin M, and as you can see I never played competitive source. I would like to be unbanned because now that I am back into playing CS I'd like to start playing CS:S competitively. Ive yet to try and scrim because I dont know if they servers are KigenAC'd. Please Unbann me. I also read the policy of a 1 year deadline to protest.
