Hi,
I have a problem with KAC 1.2.1.6 (MM 1.8.5V/SM 1.3.6) we have 2 css engines 1 dods and 1 tf2.
First css engine give me Network: Unable to contact the KAC Master second engine works fine.
After reboot/ restart first css engine works fine but second engine gives Network: Unable to contact the KAC Master.
What can i do that all engines connect to Master?

2. works KAC with DODS and TF2 engines fine ?

Can you please check kac_status
on the server in question and report back the reply from KAC?

Also make sure you have Sockets installed
Sockets Extension Here
http://forums.alliedmods.net/showthread.php?t=67640

You can review the install guide here
http://www.kigenac.com/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=662

The network is up and running and may just be regular network congestion.
At times It may be an intermittent error that happens due to the internet itself.

If the issue persists please reinstall a fresh version of KAC

Hy,

I have the same Problem with 4 CSS Servers @ 1 Root.
I have installed it correctly, when i´m loading the kac smx new, he says i have a connection to the KAC masters, after 10 sec, ive tryed the kac_status command again, and he says i have no Connection to the KAC Master Servers.

And I have a second Root, on there runns currently only 1 css Server, and there working the KAC Master connetion all time.

Ive tryed to write the compile.sh to compile01.sh, compile02.sh...... - dont work.

When i´m try to load the comile.sh (With a ssh connection/Ubuntu) he write:

root@ds80-(ip-removed):/gsrv/css/srv01/orangebox/cstrike/cfg# ./compile1.sh
./compile1.sh: Zeile 4: Syntaxerror at the word `newline'
./compile1.sh: Zeile 4: `<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD HTML 4.01 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/html4/loose.dtd">'

Just ignore the message if it appears off and on.
