Anyhow, sorry, but it is against this project to take money for unbans. If you got the money then simply get a new Steam account and don't let your brother use your account.
When I originally made KAC I decided that this system would be here and stand up for integrity. You could be offering me $1,000,000. I still wouldn't unban you. Sorry.
