Just wanted to know the exact reasons for this ban and if it can be remedied?... I do know my cousin has used my account on a couple of occasions and used "scripts", and that is unacceptable. However, I feel it is unjustified to get banned due to these occasions. I mean, isn't there a way for you guys to monitor the last 7 months of my gaming tendencies? I have not used scripts during my gaming sessions, and find it unfair to be unable to play due to the freedom I've wrongfully given my cousin... Is there any way this ban can be removed and be double checked through verified documentation rather than automated generated tags?
