BANNED, but don't know why?

BANNED - AND DO NOT KNOW WHY?
Im from norway, I play CS:S every single day, and I never used cheats, never even tried it! So.. when I try to join KAC servers, I get this message: "You are banned from KAC servers, visit www.kigenac.com for more information". So what have I done and what should I do? Im angry and confused. I beg you to help me.
