Any way I can get unbanned, I'm sure that I don't have LSS or so i dont think. This is a shared computer.

This KAC ban is valid. This ban is irreversible.
Someone attempted to use the disconnect exploit on n00bSalad's Dust2 server from that Steam ID. In order to use the disconnect exploit you have to modify the game in some way (normally through LSS). Which thus constitutes cheating.
