L 01/29/2010 - 11:19:03: Unexpected CVar Reply: Johny Trava (ID: STEAM_0:0:xxx | IP: x.x.x.x) was kicked for unexpected reply with convar "mat_dxlevel" (not expecting; result "Okay") with value "80".

It means what it says. They returned a convar reply when one was not expected.
