Can I get a quick explanation of a mat_proxy ban.
And if a non-cheat script could trigger this like a user config or something?

rampage was banned from our servers, just not global. sockets are disabled.
we are seeking what variable could have caused this. Per the error our server
doesn't have a setting he has. He had been playing without trouble, suddenly
he was banned after making a change.
