Kigen's Anti-Cheat

I just recently installed version 1.9 and had to uninstall it because everyone was kicked from the server. Checking the logs the reason was this:

[kigen-ac-pub-nosockets.smx] Teky*BUD* (STEAM_0:1:17643676) was command spamming this server with: es__fire weapon_sg550 kill.
