Kigen's Anti-Cheat

I have a CSS v34 server with sourcemod 1.4.2.

My KAC Info: "Kigen's Anti-Cheat" (1.2.2.9.9.3) by Kigen, GoD-Tony, psychonic and GoDtm666.

When i want to unload KAC , plugin loads its self (It's nice) but it also refreshes all plugins ! (I want to remove this feature only)

If possible ...
