Kigen's Anti-Cheat

This is the first time I believe ever playing on a Kigen server. And it tells me I'm banned? I dont use hacks on any game, (hell I dont even know how to hack).

Can someone please tell me what I was banned for and possibly un-ban me?
I know you have a 1 year policy, But I dont even know when or how ...
