Kigen's Anti-Cheat

I use Kigen's for cvars, that work apparently on RnL. fog_enable can't be set to 0, this convar are forced by the engine. Do you think that is a bug if he was kicked or it's because he forced the convar ?

When I have used a convar who is a violation for Kigen's i was banned in a few second later ...
