Kigen's Anti-Cheat

I am not to sure what all that means but is there any way i could go about getting unbanned?
Or is it more of a set in stone thing?

Hi i used to play CS:S a couple years ago. I have recently re-downloaded Steam and Counterstrike. I do not recall being banned from any servers before but if i did something to constitute a ban back then i would like to apologize and possibly be unbanned
