Kigen's Anti-Cheat

My problem is that today, I bought CS:GO and I wanted to play Zombie Escape but I was unable to join because of the Kigen Ban. I don't know why I got this ban or how, but it seems to be universal (I am unable to join source zombie servers protected by Kigen).

Will this ban be lifted or is it permanent ?

Hello! I recently regained my account from steam (it was hijacked) and I went on to play Counter Strike: Source but when I tried to join a server, it said I was KAC Banned.

I don't exactly know what happened but please lift the ban?
