it is all updating.
if i ban a player he is banned on all 3 servers, but not when KAC do it .....

just like kac_rescan, kac "resets" and start scanning players

i got a fun server in css
i played a map where some cars falled form the sky
but after all cars have falled i wanna reset the map so i used sv_gravity -500 and the cars went back up (YEY)
but then i want the cars to fall faster and used sv_gravity 9001 (WORKED YEY)
because it was over 9000 i made
