im sorry idk what that means... im super dumb with computers and it took me like an hour just to get to this website. i need to get unbanned and ive tried to bhop script from videos on youtube and i fail at that even :/ this ban was from so long ago. can u please just uplift it?

ive been playing this game for 2.5 years now and i have never cheated in my entire use of this game. now i dont know why i was kac banned. could you either clear up this thing or tell me what i did wrong?
