so basiclly any KAC ban is a definate hack?

and can you give me info on KAC bans for STEAM_0:1:30130377. Im seeing like 20 Results Of kac bans on his id..But i just want a better Explination..Thats another guy on my team.. and thanks for your fast reply.

Some kid on my team came into a pub, and got KAC'd. He says it was a bunnyhop script..But i think it was something a bit more extreme..Any feedback is useful.. thank you.
