I've unbanned him, but please do something with it, because this ban wasn't even logged into kac.log .
As it's a local ban on your servers neither KAC or Kigenac.com can address this for you.

It was a local ban given by KAC, without giving a reason, only this "cheating infraction" in server ...

Yea that second link is the forum of my game servers.

Maybe he had something, but I didn't have anyone reporting some bad things, so if he hacked, he did that to some other server, but only got banned at mine.

Yes, because only trusted server can get people on the global ban list. In other words, if Your server isn't the one that Kigen has his power over You won't get on the global list.

instead of buyin another account just get servsecurity on Your servers.

Ok so will You do that? If so You could also do something to delete logs that are usual( no crashing commands, no cmd spam and so), so that I won't store useless data on my server, if it's not possible I will just delete it by myself.
