LUA wasn't unblocked. They just found a way around the block that I had in place.
Anyhow, KAC 1.2.1.0 should prevent the pause exploit.
of what i know you blocked disconnect messages that was longer than 254 chars, so if they got a disconnect script thats shorter than that, then it might work ...

Ok well what i was thinking is, Not sure if this is possible though.
A command list, like currently implemented into KAC and various Anti cheat plugins.
This one on the other hand is a little different. We all know that KAC bans for certain cvars (openscript, sv_cheats etc)

Hello, about a day ago i downloaded this "custom mod" to put on my server, it was supposedly a mod that is a zombie mod with x10 speed x10 health.

That would be the disconnect exploit that KAC 1.2.1.0 fixes. Make sure your KAC is up-to-date. Some servers appear to have issues with auto-update.

there are many versions of the disconnect exploit, also many things you can do with it
i dont know how you blocked it, but since you said peaple could still use the disconnect function in lua, i assume there are something you forgot to block
remember that this script cant only disconnect people ...

Last night our server was pausing for no reason, Nothing in KAC logs, no bans, no kicks.
