Kigen's Anti-Cheat

Hi there, it seems i can't get KAC to work

I installed VBAC (also doesn't work) and the author recommended to use KAC and i would love to use both but it seems i can't get neither of them to work.

I also see no documentation what so ever, joining my server with sv_cheats / cl_cheats both set to 1 ...
