Kigen's Anti-Cheat

After installing the new update, testing server as usually.. just logging in I got this message.
Disconnect: You are banned from all Kigen's Anti-Cheat (KAC) protected servers. See http://www.kigenac.com/ for more information.
I checked logs to see this...

The log is 198megs, not sure if I need to post all of that.

This is all that was in the logs... related to the map.

There is a new exploit or an old one that has never been fixed.
Allows the player to rename a map to a folder,

I do run D-FEN but it is outdated, anyways it logged his actions.

On fresh restart we are seeing the following handles, with 0 players.
Would this be normal? Previous versions had less handles on restart.
Version 1.2.1.6

I could understand if this was a full server, but this was freshly restarted and then dumped handles.

ok we are still seeing this vban kick, I finally came across the following code(line 00169) in the sdk's.
so now we know vban is associated with in-game voice.
After hearing a few complaints from others, being kicked for muting others.
I put these 2 together, but I'm still not able to reproduce the ...

Seems, since ported of orangebox there is a load of new hacks.
We are getting slammed with these guys for some reason.
One guy changed his name 9491 times before we could set the ban, suppose auto changed every second.

Ok found the problem, If you place DBlocker.dll in addons it will trigger a ban.
Some sort of anti-cheat plugin... here is the url: http://dblocker.didrole.com/

I tested this and it did ban me(localhost).
