i have both zblock and kac on the server along with the gotgames warmod..
All working fine from my end, so i dont think you should have any problem as long as you use the latest versions of sockets and sourcemod/metamod

I dont seem to have any problem with TA on my server.. Tried it on de_nuke on ladder and anywhere on map.. Didnt get banned for eye angles when TA'ing..

What plugins are you running on your server..
Have you got the latest sockets installed etc..

i cant see how eye angles has anything to do with Team Attacking..

why do you need a cheat to spec and ban..
Just record a demo, play it back with sv_cheats 1 and r_drawothermodels 2 to review demo.

Your server might have zblock and sv_cheats 0, but your friends are running cheat to bypass that and forcing sv_cheats 1 and r_drawothermodels 2..

Simply there running a cheat to bypass the server enforced CVARS...
